Bathrooms

Residential bathrooms that are built well with good units & fitted properly should last a couple of decades. I can fully fit your bathroom for you, even if you currently just have an empty shell – plumbing up, tiling, flooring and finishing decorations if needed too.

How much does a new bathroom cost?

Well it depends on size and materials chosen, but as a guide you should be able to get decent quality main ingredients (a bath/shower, sink unit and toilet) for around £1,000 (have a look at https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk). You then need to consider the cost of wall tiles and your flooring options.

For labour costs and time, if you use a small bathroom as a guide (such as a couple of those pictured below) allow 5-7 working days for a full fit (to plumb, install, tile & finish) – less if you’re replacing existing units and not moving plumbing, and more for larger bathrooms with larger areas to tile and decorate.
