About Me

Born and raised in Fulham, I’ve been working in the building trade since leaving school, initially specialising in flooring but later branching out to all kinds of building services. Along the way I’ve worked with a number of larger building companies as a trusted contractor as well as always doing private work for both residential properties and commercial premises, jobs varying in size from fitting some shelving to as large as doing flooring for Tesco stores.

As of 2020, I still live in Fulham and provide my property maintenance services and building service across South West and Central London, covering the Fulham, Hammersmith, Kensington and Shepherd Bush areas westwards through Chiswick, Kew, Richmond, Kingston and Twickenham, and south through Wandsworth, Battersea, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Lambeth, Croydon and as far as Epsom and Chessington way.

I aim to always meet client expectations and deliver exceptional value for money, no matter the scale of job being undertaken, from home call outs to large commercial premises. I ensure that I offer great value for money by keeping a tight control of my overheads. If a job requires specialist skills, I have a trusted network of contractors, built up over my decades of operating in the region, that I call upon.

My Charges

Payment terms for fixed price work on larger jobs is 25% in advance (to cover material costs), and remainder upon completion. For significant jobs, I will agree payment intervals with you.

General labour is charged at £60 per hour.
