House renovation in South West London can be daunting given the prices some of the larger firms will quote you. With a more streamlined workforce though, you can save significant money and still get the finish you’re after. When taking on a home renovation work, I can manage the project for or with you, or just be part of a team you have put together yourself. If managing for you, I will bring together a small team of other tradesmen as and when necessary during the project (for example, a dedicated plasterer for large plastering work, a dedicated bricklayers etc).

I love working on full renovation projects, it is incredibly satisfying to see a home transformed and I take great pride in the work. I would love to be given the opportunity to work on yours for you – for projects on this sort of scale, I can travel further than usual so don't hesitate to enquire even if you're outside my usual catchment area.

To get the ball rolling, give us a call or email us. The next step would be to discuss over the phone your project & timescale. A visit is then usually warranted before giving you a quote and hopefully starting work. For renovation projects, an up front fee (of 10-20%, depending on project start costs) would be required, and we’d agree a payment plan that triggered payments when certain stages of the development were reached, with a final payment due on completion.
